Had a proper bra on for half a hour..now in pain! 9wk po!

Thot id try a real bra so this morning I put one on..didnt fit perfect but I thot it was alright! had to take it off a bit later tho coz I felt a pain in my left boob..wonder if it was the wire? My insisions felt fine and other boobs ok its just this one bit I feel like ive be en stabbed in! Gettin sick of sports bras lol thot they wer goni be a 6wk thing!x

It took me ages to get usedto a bra, go n get fitted proper n keep it on for a few hours a day. I’m nearly 11 week po n still wear my sports bra sometimes. Bras r uncomfy!xxx

Hun, I had the same thing. I waited 3.5 months before getting into proper bras, wore them solidly for about 2 weeks and then had to go back to sports bras cos I started having pains. Don’t rush it. xx

i was told proper bras are something i need to work up to, so start off half hour a day then an hour and so on, it was also mentioned not to wear one till in 12 weeks, but i couldnt wait, agree with amanda tho go get fitted, x

Im 5 months po and still uncomfortable wearing underwired bras i got fitted at la senza and can feel the wire rubbing on my scars i wear my macom most of the time x

thanks girls..just need to invest in some better looking sports bras for now i think lol!! xxx
