had an accident :(

Im just over 2 weeks PO and have had no problems so far, not even really any pain, then yesterday I tripped over my phone wire and automatically put my arms out to stop myself landing face first and now my and I got a sharp stabbing pain through my left boob sort of felt like I pulled a muscle in there. Ive been telling myself it will be ok but it still really hurts I cant really do anything with this arm and my boob is really sore, just wondered whats the worst that could of happen?? x

Hi hunn, try not to worry if your not in agony then it’ll sort itself out. Just rest up and I’d ring your nurse just to be on the safe side xx

when i slipped down the stairs at mya at 9 days po my left boob hurt, it will be fine in a day or 2 u just need to rest xx

dont panic hun, i was 3weeks post op and mopping up, got the mop stuck under something, put all my weight into it to yank it out and the end of the mop went right into my boob. the pain was absolutely horrendous! i cried and everything! i rang the emergency hotline and the woman kept telling me not to panic because you will be surprised how much the implants can take before any damage is done, i just kept saying ‘you dont understand how hard i hit it though!’ haha. because your far from healed inside you feel all sorts of pains because its already tender and youve probably just bruised it more. as long as it doesnt swell and go bigger, or shrink then you will be fine. its just all the healing that has to be done inside and it wil still be tender so it just wont have helped the healing. i was fine after a couple of days and the pain eased off. xx

ouch that sounded painful chelsxx, im a lot more reassured now ive read the comments and it doesn’t hurt that much no either, im just going to be more careful from now on xx
