Had ba and rhinoplasty on Monday

Hi I had a ba and rhinoplasty on Monday, and everything went great and I feel fine except the bandage they have put under my nose is getting soaked because my nose is oozing so much, I don’t know whether I should change it or not as they haven’t have me any extra bandages, anyone else know?
