hya hun do what advised by surgeon….i got told to be propped up so ur like sitting up and supported as it pulls on ur skin lying down and to keep blood flow v-pillows are brill if u havent already tried them hope this helped if confused ring ur nurse as wouldnt want to be telling u wrong adivce xxx
