Had my admission time for saturday! Yikes! Any last minute advice?!

Will be arriving at doltan park for 12 on saturday! At the moment it still doesnt feel really, other than having really weird dreams and quite restless nights! Anxiety I guess! Any last minute advice girls?! x

How exciting sarah!! I just had my op Tuesday & all went well… I would just say try & keep calm when going into theatre… you will be out before you know it & back in your room with your new additions in what feels like a few mins… good luck xx

Hey chick, just try relax as best you can and it will all run smoothly, i had mine done yesterday and it still doesnt feel real! cant stop looking at them! ha ha i was expecting the worst and they said it all went brill and im in little pain so just make sure you do everything the surgeoun/nurses ask, take some stuff to keep you occupied and just relax x

Hi Sarah, bizzarly I did all my worrying before the day and when the day came (Tuesday) I was fine! It’s so quick and you’re swept along with everything – you really don’t have much time to think about it! Discomfort rather than pain after – you’ll be fine – enjoy and good luck xx

No probs sarah, feeling good up & about doing most usual stuff as best I can…. but not being silly… yes its sore & pulling a bit but just keep popping my pills when needed…. maybe cause I had quite small implants though?? Good luck xx

No worries chick, if you need any more advice feel free to ask and im feeling prity good considering it was yesterday, it is true it just feels like theres a tiny child sitting on you but it doesnt hurt tbh just like when you bang your arm type of pain really and i can still move my arms around and walk about just fine, i was expecting be bed bound all week but ive been helping put the shopping away and wiping down the tables but only bits i had unders by the way xxx

More conrcerned about hugging the kids, have a 3 and a 2 yr old! Dont want it to not be normal mammy for them you know?! Doubt I’ll be able to pick them up for a bit but hoping I’ll still be able to give them a bib squeeze! x

Aw yeahh you wont be able pick them up but you should be able to give them light hugs when i got home my sister just hugged me round my waist so i didnt have worry about hurting the twins! lol x
