Heyyy…i was in on friday too… not in too much pain overall my right side is worse though….and the bloody tape he uses is sooo extreme!!! can barley breath its so tight!!! hope you feel better soon….let me know how your doing gona write my whole thing up soon enough just cant move me arms too much atm lol! xxx

thanks! today i had worse pain ever,pulling n stinging , n i havent got many painkillers left:( need to ask if i can get some from mya? n i can just c that i am going to have that glue from the tape all over me lol x

i had my strapping off today and feel sooooooooo much better i feel like i can breathe now lol, got a bit of glue one me though, nush why dont you try ibuprofen instead thats what im doing now as ran out of painkillers x
