Had my BA today !!! URGENT Questions to post op girlies !!!!

Hey girlies , had my BA today at highgate with mr c and i think all is well so far…… just a couple of questions id REALLY like answering …

1. My boobs are really hard nd tight…. how long does it take for them to relax and go soft and also do they get bigger/smaller when that happens ??

2. I have a fairly big ish gap between my boobs. is there anything i can do to help bring them 2gether more? and is this normal

Hey hun

1) Hard and tight boobies are 100% normal. It can take weeks for them to feel soft. Im 3weeks post op and mine are still hard but not as tight. Did you have unders? They will get bigger as they ‘fluff’. Overs dont.

2) The biggish gap is probably normal 2 hun…how big are you talking babe?

ive had overs. they are very hard nd a bit pointy … will they kind of relax nd fall into shape or will they stay this shape now ??

the gap is fairly big, id say about just over an inch or so anything i can do ??? i heard sleeping on ur side helps ??

I had overs, and mine started to soften at around 2/3 weeks. They will change so much over the first couple of months, so try not too worry at the moment.

Get lots of rest and drink plenty of water to help flush the ga out of your system. x

Hi jemz! Congratulations on your new boobies! Mine were quite far apart too when they were first done. I Bought a front fastening bra which helps push them together and within a week they were nice and close. Definately don’t worry about the hardness or pointiness either as they’ll change loads over the next 6 weeks and possibly continue to settle even longer than that.

I don’t think you should sleep on your side yet. You may knock the implant out of it’s pocket while it’s initially settling. Best to sleep propped up to prevent the risk of rolling onto your size and knocking your new boobs!

thank u for ur advice hun what do u mean a front fastening bra ?? are they under wired/ not ? is it a type of sports bra ? i want one lol where can i get them ? soz for all the questions haha x x

HI jemz! I’ve wriitten a post about the royce post surgery bra cos I love it so much! Think you’ll see it. That’s the one I wear, I’m now nearly 3 weeks post-op and I found it really brought them together!

Defo no under-wires for at least 6 weeks!

Congratulations on your new boobies, I’m 4 weeks post op 2moz and I’d say mine started to soften after 2 weeks…they have changed so much already!! Hang in there it’ll all fall into place x

They will defo fall into place hun..mine were further than an inch apart and they’ve just naturally changed for the better. I’m not sure you can do anything huni tbh….maybe ring your pc xxxx
