Had my one week post op today.

Went to see the nurse tonight, she took my dressing off but said it was still a bit open so she’s put a steri strip back on and the big dressing and told me to take them off tomorrow and then i can shower. Give me a few more big dressings though so i can cover it back up if it’s still not closed properly.

So yey i can shower tomorrow, can’t wait sick of having half a bath 😆

Forgot to ask some questions though, when can i use the sunbed again if i keep my scars covered? When can i exercise? I’m going on holiday in 6 weeks and will just pile the weight if i am not exercising, and i don’t want great boobs and a chubby belly in my bikini 😯 . x x

Hey hun, I had my one week post op yesterday too. The nurse told me no exercise for the full 6 weeeks or 5 weeks now…i might sneak in a bit of cycling in the gym though, no heavy lifting either…forgot to ask about the sunbed though. Really looking forward to my shower too!!! xx
