Had my surgeon consultation and…

Dr Kazzazi says i need an uplift and 380 med low profile implants, apparently 505s would not fill my empty boobs and they’d just sag even more with the weight, so i should get a D cup ish with 380s. He says he’ll reduce my areola too, they be partial unders, the cut will go round the nipple, down and across. Just need to pick a feb date now.

Has anybody had this? Any photos please? And how long did recovery take?
