haematoma, scars and drains

Hi girls,

If you read my story you’ll already know i had a slight problem and ended back in theatre a second time. what i had in my left boob was haematoma. I only found out today the proper name i was told aparently but i was out of it lol.

I read in my patient info guide from mya that you may be left with a small scar, from where they drain you and put a drain in- then take it out.

does anyone know whether i will have an awaful scar from where the drain was in and where i got opened back up? this has really got me down, any reasurance would be greatly apreciated.
