CAN I WEAR IN SURGERY??

No I dont think so. Ive looked at my notes from the nurse and they all have to come off, Nails, Hair, eyelashes, Jewelry, piercings. But best to ask your PA. Good luck,

kinda personal but erm i have a rude girly piercing!! do you thnik I will have to take it out?! Im scared incase it closes up lol xx

when i spoke to my surgeon he said like glu ins can stay in clips no no theyl hurt your head lol! all piercings have to be taken out xx

Again ask. I thinkits the metal in the item that reacts with the =equipment in theater. I am having op next week and am having toi take them all out. Your allowed to wear wedding ring but they tape over it. Hoope this is some help. 😆

Micro rings yes, because their metal rings. Clip-ins yes because their metal. Pre-bonded/glue – no. There’s nothing to react with xx

yeah wouldnt be really comfortable, as well as having dent marks in your head lol! good luck on your op x

what about predicure

all i know is that no clip ins allowed nail varnish make up or fake nails, basically you got to be naked for that day ha

I forgot to take my belly bar out. The took it out for me when I was under and gavevit back after the op lol! Must react to the ECG during the op. No nail varnish coz the check capillary refil I think and also the sometimes connect the spo2 monitor to you toes

i had my hair extensions in and my eye lash extensions, the only thing the nurse said was we do have to put a little tape over your eyes during op so it might pull a few out but we’ll be careful, but defo no tan,makeup,jewellery xx

I was at highgate and if you make enough fuss you can leave ur peircings in, just have to cover them up with tape and sign a form to say you understand the risks, something to do with the equipment heating up the metal and it burning. Mine were all fine though, all 4 of them x

I have got 5 dermal peircings that u can’t take out they are implanted in my skin I explained and they just put tape over them

I guess it depends on what extentions you have in hun. if they’re glue in, how would they know? i had micro beads and they’ve had to come out… SOB SOB! lol.

i’d give your PA a ring just to make sure.
