Hair washing help…..6 days po

How did everyone wash theirs? I havent done mine since the day before my surgery.

I’m off for my week check tomorrow so i just want to give it a little scrub, then get it done properly on saturday in the hairdressers.

Also i only have a shower at home so how can i go about bathing? because its driving me nuts x

head over bath – my hubby washed mine for me and straightened it for me.

When i had my op i got a friend to wash mine i just put my head over the bath Xx

i sat in a shallow bath n my hubby washed my hair for me , but thats no use to u lol errm try getting someone to wash it over the sink for u babes x im 11 days po and had my first shower yesterday it felt weird to wash my own hair n still felt uncomfortable xx

We dont have a bath just a stand up shower….suppose it would be the same wouldn’t it..just throw my head over the shower. I’ll get mother to do that later for me thanks Cuks x

How long is your hair hon, could you wash in the sink with a jug?!

Try the sink and get someone to help otherwise its dry shampoo for a bit longer!!!

Its only a bob i havent even been using dry shampoo lmao x

I started washing my own hair over the bath at 3 days po!! I’ve not had much pain at all tho xx

Yehh i’m not really in any pain. I’ll just lean over the shower

I even washed mine in the hospital haha… i just leant over the bath and used the shower head, just keep your arms tucked in….and I also used the shower, I just took the shower head off the wall (well my partner left it lying on the bath floor every morning) and I showered from the waist down, and used a damp flannel for my arm pits…be very careful not to get water on your dressings! and hey presto, clean hair and body……..I just blow dried it bending over and my arms tucked in xx
