hair washing tips please

hi girls.

im 2 days post op & really need my hair washing.

whats the best way to do it? do I lean forward or backwards??

I cant lift my arms high enough without pain so will have to get my partner to help.

Hey, an easier way would b to use dry shampoo spray its really good stuff. x

I sat on a case with a pillow on top of it leaned back wards with my back of my head leaning on the edge of the bath, then balance on your hands behind you and get your hubby to wash it. Day six now got to do it again today I feel so dirty!!! X

Hi girls.

I now have clean hair. I leaned forwards over the bath. My patner was supposed to be doin it but he dint have a clue. So i ended up doing alot of it myself. Even tho im only 2 days post op it wasnt that difficult & when it hurt i stopped and let him take over
