Hanah Star is the most AMAZING pc!! I couldn’t have done it without her. She let me come in at such short notice anytime to try on different sizes. I changed my mind last minute and wanted to order a completely new cc…she tracked down Mr russo during his busy surgery day and got his approval/opinion on the new size. I was so scared the night before and she called me and talked me through it!!! Today I had some leakage in my bandage and couldn’t get ahold of any nurses..even the 24 hour line! I texted her and within minutes she had the nurse at the clinic call me. Also, she got me in for my surgery within 2 WEEKS of my first consultation. A date opened up on March 8th and she got me in ASAP. If she hadn’t worked so quickly, I would probably have to wait until the summer. I absolutely love her, and if anyone is going with MYA upper wimpole street they should try and request her !!
