Hands up…

How long did it take you all to be able to lift your arms with no soreness/pain/paranoia about ripping boobs open! Iim 4 days po going out tonight to a friend’s house and though someone is going to wash my hair for me etc, i was wondering how long til i’ll have normal movement. I haven’t told this friend that i’ve had an op… i’ll be so upset if she doesn’t notice!!

Give yourself another 4 days and u will feel ok to do it yourself hun x

even if u can do it dont… the wounds will be delicate for well over 2 weeks… i found i cud wash my hair over the sink by keepting elbows close to my sides and just using hands scrunched over.l done this from day 2 xxxx

I straightened my hair on day 2….I had an uplift an implants, it took me twice as long to do it but I was careful!

I didnt attempt for a week,but then I washed my hair,over the sink like susie,real careful,took me twice as long but I managed.xxx

2 days. I was fine. No pain experienced at all xx

Ha she didn’t notice! But is ok as there were quite a few people there that i wouldn’t want to let in on the secret we played charades, i was shit at charades as you can imagine! I can lift my arms enough to shave underneath now so i am happy ))my body is stopping punishing me so much now, so so glad!! xx
