Hard lump in breast near armpit. 2 days post op :(

Just having aquick feel as i was having some tingling sensation in my right breast and i felt a painful lump near my armpit. Basically where u would expect your implant to start Got myself all worked up Is this normal? Does anyone else have this lump? x x

I’d ring the emergency number & hopefully put ur mind at rest.

It will be tissue or something Hun try not to worry too much.

No point saying ring clinic tomorrow cos it will be on ur mind all night & you won’t be able to sleep x

I rang out of hours and she said it could either be the implant or a fluid pocket? She didnt seem to concerned about it and said she will get my nurse to ring me tomorrow but im absolutley crapping it I can see myself regretting these u no She said if i start to feel unwell go to the hosiptal which doesnt put my mind at ease

Bet it’s a gland hun probably swollen from op xx

sammie I honestly think u are fine…but please don’t sit there and make urself poorly..go to a & e it’s only 7 o’clock hun, at least then u will hear it from them that u are ok and u will get a gud nites sleep…x please

Hahaha. Just asked hubby and he said he doesnt want us to go He said the baby is tired and i can go and see the nurse tomorrow What do u think? My right boob keeps making a humming feeling aswel

I think u r worrying over nothing, u r 2 days po and have so many strange things goin on in ur body…the humming is like a vibration? that is normal..I think u need to relax and forget those boobs until the morning ignore the lump nothing will change in the next 12 hours …if ur still worried in the mornin then ring again..u will be fine….ur not alone xxx

The humming feeling is normal I think hun. I had all sorts of weird feelings and sensations in mine. As for the lump, it’s probably a gland. Just try to rantionalise it, it can’t be anything serious like the implants rupturing cos you’ve only just had them. Stop touching it cos you may be aggravating it. xx

I’ve heard of calcification lumps I think that’s what it’s called. Try not to panic and keep checking. Xxx

My nurse told me last week about small pockets that fill with fluid at my pre op & if ya get these they drain them for you with a needle I think.

Thanks girls. Yes she mentioned the fluid pockets on the phone. Iv never heard of calcification lumps before and i just googled it and ur right hun u can get them. I just hope its nothing serious
