Hi everyone. I’m 10 weeks po this week and since day 1 I’ve had a lumpier incision on one side compared to the other. Most of the lumps have gone now apart from one which has felt really hard and quite big from the beginning. It has gone down (now feels about the size of a pea) but it’s still extremely hard and doesn’t seem to have reduced much at all since week 4 or 5. I’ve been under instructions to massage my incisions with a simple moisturiser since week 2 and so I’m still doing this and putting lots of pressure on. Just wondering if anyone else has had this? Can anyone recommend anything? The lump isn’t visible from the outside it’s under the skin so unsure if bio oil etc would work? Thank you! Xx
