Hard to breathe

Hey I am one day post op but finding my chest so tight it’s harder to breathe than normal, anyone else had this x

YES THIS IS TOTALLY NORMAL IM 9 DAYS POST OP AND STILL SAME,ITS THE BRUISEN COMING OUT IF U HAVE STRAPPING ON THEN MY NURSE TOLD ME TO CUT A V DWN THE CLEAVAGE AND AT THE SIDES THIS HELPE DLOADS FOUR DAYS POST OP I TOOK IT ALL OFF, ITS SURGEONS PREFERANCE TO PUT IT U ON SO ITS OK TO TAKE IT OFF IVE SEEN GIRLS ON ERE WITH NO TAPE ON STRAIGHT AFTER OP, JUST DNT TAKE IT OFF UR STERE STRIPS LEAVE THAT TO NURSE IT GETS EASIER HSPPY HEALING XXX

Thats ok i knw i had a lil vein that as swolen its gne now but i was like god its dangerouse lol at end of the day it a big change to ur body its nature to b worried, u feel a bit weird wen u take the tape off u protect urself more cos the tapes not there but keep ur sports bra all time u b fine, i do leave mine off a hr a day just to get sum air around them lol plus its ment to help them fluff! Dnt panick wen u take strapping off ur boobs wiLl look pointy and nipples wil be wonky frm were strappings held them dwn but few day they will start to b k x

Can’t wait to feel more normal again haha hate all this laying
