Aaarrr how long do I have to wait. ? And will I be able to go in the jacuzzi soon. My pore aching body lol

I was told no baths for 6 weeks xx

Just had my post op at 10 days an nurse said i have to wait for the surgeon to give all clear so no soaking in bath at all only can shower! Can have shallow bath aslong as no water goes near insician but no matter how clean u are ur sitting in dirty water so high risk of infection! even though im healing nicely ur not allowed to soak in the bath until after 6 weeks i prefer showers so not too bothered but now ive been told im not allowed i want one! ha xx

I never got told no bathing so had one after my week post op opsyyyy lol x

oh my gosh, didnt realise you couldnt have a nice soak in a bubble bath until 6 weeks after ba! don’t know how im gonna cope with that i have one every day after work lol, so relaxing! x

I’m missing exercise as well lol

i exercise everyday too, this is gonna be torture haha! but well worth it i hope!x

re the bath my understanding of it is in the shower with a sanex type shower gel its clean for your scars, laying in a bubble bath there is more chance of infection with scars etc.
