has any 1 been with helena?

im new to the forum and would really like some feedback, i have a consutaion on tues with helena and want my op in august, i want th naterelle allagen, any 1 had these

there is always a very small risk that it might happen with all implants, but it is very rare. The inspira implants have a lifetime guarantee for that occurring i understand, i’d check with your pc as the specific differences between them all and to find out the risks. xx

which implants did u go for blondie? is the pain afterwards really bad? this is the only thing im worried about, xx

I went for upgraded mid profile Inspira responsives, they were about £350 extra and gave me the front projection i wanted as well as a natural feel x

the profile is how rounded they are (and how much projection you will ultimately get post op), you need to discuss different profiles with your surgeon. I wanted specifically a good cleavage so I was advised to avoid low profile and go for medium, which replaced the fullness i didn’t have higher up. It will very much depend on your frame, breast shape, pre op cup size and what look you are going for.
