Has any one had dual pocket implants?

Has any one had dual pocket half under muscle and pec not sure what the name of it is called? What’s the bennifit of this any info xx

Hi hun, I’m having this done tomorrow with Mr Kazzazi! He advised this would be best for me as I lost quite a lot of volume due to having babies! Said it will give me a better shape and increase the volume again xx
