Has anyone at all had under the muscle implants starting with alot of breast tis

Hiya girls just a quick one has anyone had unders starting with alot of breast tissue I’m booked in for revision for a few different reasons I had overs the first time so wondering wether unders might be better but as I am a F cup and have been told by my surgeon I have alot of breast tissue and wide breasts I’m wondering if unders would ever be offered to someone like me ?? Xx

I was a D cup and had 390cc unders last week. x

Hi @charliebabex I replied to your other post and have just seen this post of urs. I’m not as big as you boob wise but had lots of breast tissue before my op. Surgeon said it was best to go behind muscle to stop them from dropping dramatically and that way the implant will stay in place. Maybe you should ask your surgeon about unders? Xxx

From my understanding and what my sugoen advised me befor my op was if I went under the muscle with having lots of breast tissue already there’s more risks of double bubble and bottoming out but I’d speak to your sugoen and see what he says Hun xxx

This is the problem I would presume that if I was able to have unders then I would of been offered them, mine have already bottomed out with the overs I just don’t want to go through this again for this too happen again ahh soo stressful lol x
