has anyone been told by there surgon that fluffing really does happen ???
and how many bra sizes did you go up when they fluffed ?

a surgeon doesnt recognise the term fluffing….its just a name the forums have come up with!! the surgeon will describe it as the muscles relaxing and allowing the implant to expand back to its original size
