Has anyone claimed for pip implants

My friends keep telling me to make a claim regarding my pip implants (not with mya) just wondering if anyone has done it or in the process of doing it, who they went with etc xx

you have every right to claim from the original company that put them in, as they were negligent towards you, and this is whether they have ruptured or not, and you have every right to claim more then another op out of them. it is non-medical grade silicone inside you, and you had paid for what you thought was a medical substance, so you where mis-sold an item for the company to gain finical gain out of it.

all companies have insurance against things like this happening, and as they arent passing that on to you, then again they are being negligent towards you as a paying customer.

get yourself down to CA or a solicitor, and they will be able to help more, but i asked my uncle, whos a really good lawyer, and this is what he advised me (just in case i ever have this problem with my implants, and i asked him before mine got put in) xx

Thanks for that, there are so many different website that say all different things, Tina has given me a website to look at but haven’t had a chance to look yet, some of them are saying if you leave it to long then you won’t be able to claim x

I had pips in 2005 by TRANSFORM I’m claiming. Hugh James solicitors. Mine erupted and left me with a abscess on my boob and lived with 1 implant in and 1 out for 6 months transform would not do nothin for me. Had them sorted out with mya mr Singh last weds 525s love my new boobies at last thank u mya. 3rd op and 3rd time lucky all thanks to mya, transform after care POOR x

Thanks Lucy, glad you have yours sorted and hope you have a speedy recovery, mine was through Harley medical, I read on one website if they are 6 years or older you can’t claim but I would of thought anyone could x

I think who ever put them in has a duty of care to you,jenkins5611,you should definitely look in to it,they were good enough to take your cash and make a profit,and put you at risk,so go for it.xxx
