has anyone gone from flat 34a to around a DD and how do they look ?x

Im a 34A realy flat and worried that mine will look so un-natural because ive not got alot of breast tissue and want to go to around a 34DD, ive seen alot of good comments about mr singh and thinking about having a consultation with him, does anyone know what hospital his at? x

i was a 32 a, and had 380’s and should be a 32 d (but going off this site i will be bigger and look a d) im four days post op now, and i think i look a c atm, but im still to drop and fluff xx

Hey Hun! Bet u ain’t as flat as I was lol! I was a 30/32aaaaa no breast tissue at all, gad 380 high profile partials and now a 30ff/32f, however I look a large C small D maybe a bit bigger imcrap with sizing!

Make sure u tell ur surgeon u want to loom a dd and not measure it!! As fake boobs measure bigger than they look xx

hey hun not had mind yet but i had my consultation with mr singh and he said i would need 410cc overs to get me from a 32a to a 32dd/e so he said i should look a D cz that is what i asked for

lollypocket did you not have the option of having them under, or have you got skin to fill and thats the reason his said over? x

patials are unders, most surgeons dont do a full under (under all three muscles) but call partials (under the first one) unders for ease, overs are just sat on the muscles (i think, about overs, they where never discussed with me) xx

hey roxiexx he said i have plenty of room and in there for overs i could of had unders 340 but i wanted bigger and mr singh said if he is doing bigger he would prefer overs because i have enough for him to do that.. xx

if you havent got much or any tissue he will do unders hun, but mr singh said to me he doesn’t like putting big implants under the muscle, ive seen alot of overs tho hun and some actually look better than unders and most the time you cant even tell whose had what xx

roxie unders are partials! Partials are u der the muscle only the first layer, full under are under all three layers and only ever used in recon or gender reasignment surgery x
