has anyone gone from unders 2 overs? xxxxx

hi have unders at the but have 2 have them done again and the first so so painfull dont want that again xxxx

I thought if you started with unders, you can’t change to overs?? Whereas girls with overs can change to unders. Maybe I’m wrong. Did a surgeon say you could do this? xx

You will be very lucky if you can find a surgeon who will do that for you here. In America it seems to be quite common but I think most surgeons will refuse….I’m unsure as to how the procedure is done but I think they have to re stitch the muscle where the previous implant was placed and then put another implant over it, so you could be in just as much pain if not more than your first operation. Also it’s going to be extremely costly as it is so rare and so difficult to do, especially if your having a re augmentation as well as re constructive muscle work. Either way hun, they’re going to have to touch the muscle again, sorry Sometimes you may not be able to have the surgery at all, it depends on the trauma of the muscle; it may be too stretched for you to have overs at all.

What I do know is that it’s very very tricky to do but I’m sure If you search for long enough you will find a surgeon willing to do it…there’s always one! xx

Hey hun, it can be done but like dolly says its not always straight forward that allk surgeons willk do it, and seems more common in america. I was told by a surgeon i saw not at mya that he wud happily do it and i wud also have to get bigger implants to fill out the skin, but ended that mya did it anyway. The surgeon told me that the muscle is left to settle naturally but just takes a while to go flat again and wud be less painful than my first time when i had unders xx

That was my reason for stayin under and not wantin to go bigger as i already struggle to sqeeze my boobs in things that fit well everywhere else and i didnt like the heavy feeling when i was pregnant with my son whos one cos they went HUGE! Altho i love the look of the girls oh here that have gone bigger, for me personally it just wasnt somthing i wanted to do. Course u can add me hun. I had a lift as well with the reaug so i have more scarring than straight forward reaug x

That’s a real big downside for me…not being able to fit into some of my clothes I’ve had to have all the nice stuff altered to fit my boobs lol x

thanks girls , i was the same with clothes!! struggled with stuff that was fitted and i only had 380 !!! but im only a 6 and my back measures 27inches !!!! dont think many girls that size has really big boobs so they dont allow u 4 them xxx is it ok 2 add u dolly92 xxxxx

Hi nesbit, I’ve got 250cc unders, I’m having them replaced as they’re pips. I’ve seen Mr Singh and he said that he wants to give me either 490 or 525 overs this time! I had no idea this could be done but he seems pretty confident! I also asked him how painful it would be as my first BA was agony! he said it shouldn’t be as bad (bit skeptical of this) I’m not being charged a different amount for this. Also, a surgeon that I had a consultation with at NU cosmetics wanted to put my new implants over the muscle rather than under too, hope this helps xx
