Has anyone had 340cc or 365cc unders??

I have been offered either 340cc of 365cc unders – i dont think there is much difference between the two but i really want to know what they might look like size wise once iv had my op! Im currently a 32aa and have asked to go to about a D cup -is this realistic?? Helpp!!!
