has anyone had a BA when breasts were fairly large before ?

Been considering a BA for a while now and starting to do my research as if I can get a loan I’m hoping to go for it middle of next year, but I’m constantly told by my mum and boyfriend I don’t need a BA , last time I was measured (in La Senza) I was a 36e but I have lost around 2 stone since then so I’m sure that has changed since, just wondering if anyone else was fairly big before and what size did you go to ? I don’t want to go stupidly big !
