Has anyone had reagumentation with modified uplift?

Has anyone had implant removal and replacement with a modified uplift?? Had my consultation today, and it totally threw me, Iv had my implants for 8 years, and have had a baby, never been overly happy with the first ba, but wasn’t expecting to need a lift ???? It’s to re position my nipples to ???? Am going ahead with it as they are just so awful at the moment, but has anyone else had this modified uplift? I understand they cut a crescent shape of skin above the nip? Waaaaah
