has anyone had responsive overs about 260cc from a very flat chest??

hi, any really small girls who went with responsive overs about 240 to 265cc, im thinking of this but worried that they will be to big as i had no tissue to start, i have 230 cui under at present, thanks xx

i have 310 responsives under the muscle from 32aaaaaaaa/completely flat, im only 9 day post op but think they look quite natural. dont have any photos atm but il put some up soon so feel free to add me if you want x
