Has anyone pulled themselves before? So worried

My boyfriend has just pulled my arm by accident and my boob really hurts and I’m scared it may have done something. I’m absolutely gutted because I’ve been so careful for the past 3 weeks.
Has anyone else pulled something a bit to hard or done anything?
I’m so worried xx
