Has anyone still got cone shaped boobs

At over six weeks post op, how long until try dropped and fluffed? Mine are still really hard and cone like x

iv seen some people saying they can take up to a year to fully drop fluff and get softer :/
mine go cone shape occasionaly but thats normaly if i get fed up with bra and take that off for a bit
