has anyone suffered with ouzing from an incision/ or an infection????

I’m 2 weeks po. My right breast is ouzing a little fluid from were the stitch was at the end, spoke to nurse today she said possible infection, just wondering if any1 else had this problem?? And maybe this is the reason my right breast hasn’t dropped yet because scar hasnt healed properly

Few post before been on here sweet about insicion being open ouzing etc sounds like start little infection, try get down to them or even send email some anti bis hun should do trick and get a body wash hibi scrub great stuff don’t wash the insicions but wash with it kills bacteria and be good like if u let suds wash down (what I’ve done) x check all with nurse huni x

Also just went looked 4 u what else I used sanex dermo hypo allergenic 0% soap & colourants for ver sensitive skin x

Thanks hun I’ll get some sanax tomoro,I’m on antibiotics for water infection so hoping it mite clear it up aswell. So frustrating tho -_- I’m so impatient haha xx

I’m same babe ahh bless u yeh I used hibi scrub and sanax mixed! Check with your nurse babe what’s best babe least your on anti bis babe x

sarsar did the nurse give you any antibiotics for the oozing if she thinks its a little infection? or did she say to leave it and wait a while? xx

i had that, and went to my own drs, it was on the knot stitch, and was given some cream for it, it was all gone in 2 days, it was coursed by alittle bit of the stitch i think as it came out after a soak in the bath..x

She sent me out an iodine dressing for it (like an antiseptic soaked dressing) to cover it and help it heal and I’m already on antibiotics for a water infection so hoping they will kill 2 birds with 1 stone and clear it joanne I am dying for a soak in the bath! I don’t think there r any stitches left? I had a little look what do they look like? Xx
