im the same jess, i have been doing all them things, today im going to get my nails put back on haha! But i think its best that you move about and dont lie in bed all day for a week. As long as your not lifting heavy things or doing excerises then you will be fine. My mum took me food shopping last night as i didnt want to drive to sainsburys and i banged my left boob against the car, i spent the next hour worrying id burst my stitches as it was stinging so much, but then i felt fine when i got home haha!! ;-(
I think its the bruising thats started causing the achyness, as the nurse told me yesterday my stitches are healing well, iv just had the strips on now which i need to remove after 5 days. Im going to attempt to wash my hair today or get my boyfriend to do it!! xx

oh, I only had them done yesterday and I’m looking after my 1 year ol sond on my own but he is a good boy and I’m not lifting him or anything, I feel quite sorry for him but I am finding some silly little things hard i.e I couldn’t pop the pill out of the sachet thing, it just shows you the muscles you use that you don’t realise you are using usually! As long as you remain comfortable and don’t do gym or lift anything u will prob be fine … I go back to work on monday but only do office desk work xxx
