have i got capsular contraction (10 weeks)

Hi im 10 weeks post opp and my right boob is perfect, the exact size i wanted and dropped well and is soft. however my left is high up, loads smaller, hard and it really hurts. i can feel the muscle literally pushing down on the implant. im really worried iv got capsular contraction as iv been taking photos from day one and there has been no change with the left boob. im hopeing its just because im left handed and i drive a lot so because im useing that muscle more its taking longer to drop. sorry for the long post, is there anyone with a similar experiance as most people that have wonky boobs seem to be only a week or two po but at 10 weeks i would have thought to see an improvement by now also if anyone has had cc and has any pictures i would be greatfull to have a look. il put a picture up and would be greatfull if anyone that has had it can give me their oppinion.
