Have just taken my new puppies for their first outing… but is this normal??

So im 4 days post op and have just been out for a 5 hour lunch making the most of the sun

Still sore and it’s the first day without pain killers today but I need to know if this is normal…..

When im sat down it is fine and I and my twins feel very relaxed! As SOON as I get up it’s like my boobs contract and I can’t control it! They tense up so hard that they hurt so badly.

It’s like their gonna burst out of my skin!!!! They are still rock hard and VERY high up today but is it normal for them to tense and contract so much and so hard without being able to control them?

Also does anyone else’s nipple sting? Can’t work out if thats maybe normal or it’s my nipple piercing healing up??

Heeellloooo i had unders 4 wks ago!! I had this it is cos ya muscle gets tight. It lasted bout week n half! My nipples still kill now lol so thats also normal!! Cos ur body is adjusting, nips are sill sensitive now!! Xx

Oh sorry I was meant to say I had unders. Just can’t work out why it’s only when I stand and walk. So so sore. This is normal and goes away then?

i had it on one side in the car home last nite, was so weird how it just tightened and i cudnt do anythin about it. only done it a few times today though so not been as bad. how are you feeling now your 4 days post op, any nearer normality? lol its just standing up thats bad for me atm n can feel my incisions pulling and stinging today xx

Hey hun. It is the most weirdest feling hey!! Just uncontrolable. At least im not the only one that has it then. Most topics are normally covered one way or another on this forum but never heard anyone talk about this feeling so thought there I was the only one! lol.

Im not too bad today. To be honest when I came out of surgery I had a couple of hours sleep and I was fine, up eating, walking to the toilet etc with nurses in disbelieve how well I was. Then the pain hit 1 day post op and i’ve gotta admit it was horrible. Now day 4 I can lift one arm up but not the other yet and gone all day with no pain killers which is a good sign. Just this tension thing I need to get rid of!

Also really really hoping their gonna get bigger fingers x’d!! lol x

oh im sure they will still very early days yet yeah feels like a mini spasm or something dunt it, weird! oh i was fine for 2 hours atfa my op and i thot is this it phew… and then the pain came notice wen ive been aid still a while my arms just dont work at all, like theyve fallen asleep haha xx

Hi hun, I’m 1 day post op and the same with the muscle contraction,

You tense your pecs all the time to get out of bed and stand up instinctively

but you will only realise now as it hurts to do, before them it was just natural!!
