having 410 overs from 34b!! advice or pics girlies :)

hey girls.. well I went to have my consultation with my surgeon today and have been advised to go for 410 overs!! I am currently a 34b size 10.. does any1 else have these stats any advice would be fantastic

I was a 34a to b and had 410 overs last Monday! I’m wearing a 34DD sports bra, but will probably measure about an E in proper bras! I’m still abit swollen around the sides, I wish they would hurry up and move around to the middle! X

I was in pain when I got back from hospital and for a few days after but that’s just because I had a bad reaction to the pain killers so I wasn’t taking anything! I had mr kazzazi in Doncaster! I feel ace now and it’s only 9 days after it’s so fast is the recovery but best advice I can give you is to keep moving no matter how tired and achey because it makes recovery longer and you will be in more pain! I love them already just wish they would move round and stop hiding under my armpit ha! X

Hey I had 410cc overs and am a size 10 and about 5’8 and I’d say they are the perfect size for me taking me to an E cup. In clothes they look really natural, only my mam knows and my best mate, and everyone else hasnt seemed to have noticed!

Also due to having overs I was in hardly any pain at all, it was just an ache, I only took 3 of the strong pain killers and paracetamol for a few days in my recovery process. But I might have just been lucky!x

Hi donna did you have problems laying down flat? I was told on Monday I can sleep on my back again but when I lay down my boobs get this weird pain like there diggin in my bone at the side of my body if that makes sense?? I’m not sure if it’s my muscle that’s been pulled or the implant going to the side but it’s doing my head in now! x

If you have unders then i’m guessing lying down flat will make the muscle stretch more so probs will be more uncomfortable.

I’d just say lie how ever your most comfortable, you know your body best! I had overs, i was lying on my front with 2 pillows under my head after a few weeks! I didnt mean to it’s just the way I usually sleep so I must of moved like that in my sleep lol!

Also I wore size 34c and 34d sports bras even though I was an E, I think this helped hold them to my body and pulled them together, which might be the reason I was reasonably comfortable throughout.x

hey girls, do you kno how long you have to sleep on your back for? i cant sleep like this and after 3 or 4days of hardly any sleep its getting to me. i only had mine done on sunday so dont want to rush things. dos anyone know the reason why you have to sleep on your back rather than on your side?? any advice would be great xx

Your usually advised to sleep proped up and not flat, I think it’s to help prevent any blood clots. I found that I got alot of my sleep on the sofa when watch dvds, had lots of pillows and my duvet and I found those strong pain killers make you really sleepy.x

I had my op on Monday and was a fairly large but saggy B before, size 8/10, 9 stone and 5ft4. I had one booob bigger than the other so i decided to have a 410 in my smaller boob and a 380 in my bigger one. I had seen lots of pictures of girls who were a B before and who had 410s and everyones look completely different so i still didnt really know what to expect. But now i’ve had them done i absolutely love them!!! They are not too big but are a nice round shape and look much more perky than before. If you want i can show you some before and after picutres. They look a bit weird at the moment as they’re a bit bruised and still swollen.

thanks for your advice everyone!! hey tiffenaay congrats on your new boobies!! stats wise you sound quite similar to me well thats exactly what i have been offered she said if I had any smaller than a 410 I would have to have to difeerent sizes a one boob is slightly smaller but she said the bigger the implants the less you will notice this so would be fine wit 410 in both.. am glad you are pleased with yours!! would be great to see your photos my email is
