Having to pay for GP Notes?!!

I’ve just had a phone call from my GP saying it got to pay for them to refer my notes to MYA? Has anyone else had to do this?! Personally I think it’s ridiculous when I’m paying enough out for the procedure! x

My GP / surgery never made me pay for giving MYA the notes.. that is SOOO ridiculous!!! xx

It varies from GP surgery to GP surgery. Some charge, some don’t.

Mine wants £25!!! Xxx

It says in the terms and conditions that the money you pay for
the actual procedure doesn’t cover GP
letters and medical tests. GP surgeries vary on how much they charge.

Hiya yes I have also got to pay £30 iv recieved the letter today. It’s ridiculous

Yes! I had to pay £60!!!! Was so annoyed as I agree, with the amount we’re paying I think that should cover getting our medical notes, but never mind can’t argue with the t&c’s, and had my surgery today and totally worth it!! 😀 xx
