Hi ladies. I’m not having much luck. My boobs feel comfortable finally 2 weeks PO but I’m REALLY struggling to sleep on my back now. I am in bed writing this as I have woke again with a tension headache. I’ve had it 12 hours now. I am tanked up on pain killers . Migraleve not even touched it. I’m sure it due to back sleeping. I wake up 4 to 5 times a night squirming. I’m so sleep deprived which doesn’t help me as I am a headache prone person. I understand the pockets and the implant settling etc hence needing back sleep position. I can’t go on like this. Have 2 kids and haven’t been able to look at them all day . Just holed up in bed and my head hurts and throbs when in bend down , move around, even sitting in toilet !. It’s all pressure. Anyone else experience this . I’m so desperate to try side sleep tonight but I know the risks. I feel this is setting me back now. I’m so tired and aching. My headaches have been every other day this week. They last all day and are extremely intense throbbing. Any advice ?? I’m using migracap also (ice cap ) then moved to heat mask as just read heat can be better for tension types. I’m so damn miserable 🙁 xx
