    Question for ladies who’ve had BA’s already…

I’m only 2 days post op. Still feel very uncomfortable, itchy and if i’ve been sat down for too long it is hard to get up and uncomfortable to walk. I understand that this is normal, however just wondered how long it took other people to feel a bit more human and when do they settle and become less like rocks?!

Other experiences would be appreciated thanks! xx

hi babe . i felt normal again by day 5 to 6 post op. my problem was mainly the strong pain killers.

but proper normal when my boobs started to soften a bit and less stiffness etc a couple of weeks.

Im 7 weeks post op now and they are a bit wobbley, and much softer.

i had my last check at mya today and all is well.

it seems like time drags because you want to be healed and ready to go, but when i look back now its gone quickly xx

Hi Snowangel, I’m now 3 weeks post op. I’m only just finding it better to move around but at the same time I’m having to be careful because I forget sometimes and move quickly or reach too far and pull myself, eek!

I had med-high profile unders, which apparently take longer to heel. I had my tape removed (Mr Kazzazzi uses tape to keep you in place rather than using a bra) at 1 week post op and that was such a relief. I’m still restricted though and can’t lay flat properly yet or on my sides. Plus they are really really sensative, even the water hitting them when I’m in the shower hurts. Mr Kazzazzi says this is good though because I’ve got the sensation back in them.

I’ve ended up with another problem though, my arm’s had a reaction to the anesthetic and i can’t straighten it cos it really really hurts. I went to see Mr Kazzazzi on Tuesday and he says just to take Ibuprofen and it’ll ease off with time. I’m a bit worried though.

My boob’s are still hard but are starting to soften underneath. I can move them about half a cm together as well now but they hurt to do that at the moment. I hope they do end up coming together though cos at the moment I feel like they are under my armpits lol!

Anyway, I hope this helps a little. Jill x
