Healthcare assistant

Anyone who is a healthcare assistant who does a lot of heavy lifting. How long would you recommend taking of on holiday to have a breast enlargement ?

I am a support worker and it involves a lot of manual handling, I have taken 9 days off and can’t do any manual handling for 6 weeks the nurse said x

Hi Amanda I’m 5 weeks post op Tuesday I had 3 weeks off work and returned back doing light duties, just be careful your body will tell you what you can and can’t do I personally felt fine I haven’t done
Much moving and handling and if I have it was with very very petite individuals x
