Hey bexy, i suffer with anxiety and as a fall out from that i get chest pains. The pain sometimes makes it hard to expand my chest or makes it hard to sleep or sometimes the pain runs from my chest to my jaw. you need to de-stress and you’ll be fine. i normally think of someone who inspires me and try and act as if they would. lavender, calming music, facial and things like that calm me down straight away. hope this helps
