If you look, the bit of the skin made into the nipple is a shade or two darker. I can’t see any easy way of surgery being able to do that, where would you get the same colour skin from? x

This girl had quite ‘large’ nipples and they sort of pinched the skin at the top to make it into the shape of a heart x

Hmmn possibly, but for something as minor as that I would defo go with tattoo over surgery! x

It’s done by tattoo! My ex is a tattoo artist and about a year ago the shop was full of girls getting them done! He’s going to do mine when I’ve had my surgery They do fade away eventually though. I had tear drops tattooed onto the side of my fingers about 4 years ago and they have pretty much disappeared now. xxx

OH and if you are going to get them done, make sure you do loooooads of research and get someone who has done them before or by someone who specialises in nipple tattoos (ie, tattooists who tattoo new nipples on after women have masectomies or have to have their nips removed for whatever reason) I’ve seen some bad jobs done and there isn’t a great deal you can do if it goes wrong other than have it lasered off…ouchies! xxx

Hi girls; I have semi permanent makeup done by Tracie Giles International in London and she said that she could do the heart shaped nipples for £800…DO NOT go to a tattoo parlour, go to a proper clinic that specialises in permanent or semi permanent makeup as tattoo artists don’t have the proper inks to do this

I have my eyebrows and eyeliner done; had it for nearly a year now and my yeebrows are fading a little so I need to go back for a touch up xxx

It starts at £350 but mine was £475 because I have mine on quite thick and I have it flicked out at little at the side x
