HEEEELLLLPPPP = SIZE??????? OVERS OR UNDERS

hey people,

I had my consultation today with mr fallahder. I am so confused, I am currently a really small 32b I am 5ft9 and wiegh about 9 1/2 stone I am confused with wht sizeto choose i want to be about a d cup or dd. I tried some implants today I tried 380cc but abit worried this is going to be to big, I was thinking 300cc is tht about right?

Also im abit confused wheater to go over or under as I am small on top i want to have as natural as possible The problem is my job, im a aerobics instructor so was wondering if going under the muscle would tkae longer for me to get back to wrk. Ireally wanted to go over the muscle but im scared incase they look really fake. PLEASE LADIES HELP ME If anyone has pictures with overs and they were quite small chested please send me pics im so confused.

I had 380cc overs 3 days ago and mine dont look fake, mine are already softening and getting a nice cleveage. I am currently filling out a 34dd sports bra (tight fit), but got a feeling i may get bigger once they have completely settled.

I was a very empty 34B before and my surgeon was with a company called right choice healthcare, Mr Patterson, absolutely great. I had 380cc overs it cost me £3050

He took down to theatre 425 cc and 380cc, i told him i didnt want a fake look, wanted to look natural, so he tried both sizes during my op and said the 425cc made me look like i was gonna pop, so he put the 380cc in and i am really happy with his decsion. They are still seperated, but already my cleveage is looking good even in a sports bra.

Absolutely fab all round the full service.

I had a consult with Mr Fallahdar the other day too! I am 5ft 8ish and am currently a 36a. Because I have enough breast tissue I could go over or under with either 470 or 525!! I have decided on under but am a little worried on size. I too want to look natural. if anyone has any similar stats i’d love to see some pics please x

I have just had my BA done 2 weeks ago with DR Falladhar in Highgate, was an empty 34b before my BA and had 460cc overs I am no in a 34e sports bra so will probs be a D or DD once the swelling goes down… iam a size 8-10 and 5’7.

Haven’t got any pics sorry as I dont want to put them on here.

P.s i would defo go with DR falladhar if u can cos I havent’ had any problems at all and my scars are really neat and tidy.
