hellp it feels like iv hit a brick wall :(

hi just wondered if any of you are having the same problem as me, i went to my first consultation came home sorted out the finance got accepted for the finance now im so so so confused as als i have to do is send the paperwork back and the finance will be sorted, my paicent co ordinator doesnt get back to me ever… i wana no wether i can book my appointment with the surgeon so that wen the finance is sorted i can have the op, but she just says i have to pay 400 deposit but thats to secure ur op date… surely i carnt book my op untill iv seen the surgeon and i carnt pay the deposit till the finace is fully sorted helllllp what do i do?? i thought i could book a date to see the surgeon and in the meantime for waiting for that if the finance gets sorted then pay the deposit to secure the date… my pacient co ordinator said i could have it done before my holiday an be okay to go… i go on the 4th of july and nothings booked reading everyones booked appointments and ops is making me angry as i seen her about 2 weeks ago and she doesnt wana help me…. wa do yas recommend?? change company lol

I paid my deposit before the finance was sorted to reserve a date. If there’s any problems, you get your deposit back. x

You have every right to see a surgeon before you book a date! I thought that was the norm. It’s what I did. Change your PC Hunn she sounds useless. Ring the main Mya number and ask to book a date with a surgeon xx

did u book urs through ur pc or on ur own,lisam how lond did it take to sort ur finace after u sent off the paperwork? xx
