    Hi guys,

I hope you can give me some advice/guidance.

I had 350cc partials and a nipple lift with Mr Mahdi last November.

I have had concerns about my boobs since I had them done. I’ve always found my left boob to feel bigger, the implant sits lower and my nipple points upwards towards my armpit. This is noticeable in clothes.

Mya have been dismissive since the start. My follow up appointment got cancelled in April due to Covid and they just haven’t bothered rebooking. I emailed my coordinator on Monday, left her a message this morning and she’s finally just bothered to get back to me (Thursday evening).

She’s basically said look at your before photo (and sent a copy), your surgery has enhanced your shape and she thinks that they look great.

I’m not disputing that the shape has not been enhanced, I’m disputing the fact they clearly look uneven. In my before photo you can see that my left nipple is pointing upwards a little but I haven’t paid £6500 to have them bigger but even more wonky! I’ve had a nipple lift and my nipples are not in line.

I feel like Mya use the ‘you were asymmetrical before’ line to be able to wriggle out of doing anything about it.

What does everyone think? Am I within my rights to pursue this for correction? Would you be pushing it?

Can anyone share their experience with revision surgery? Did you have to really fight for it?

Comparison photo attached. The left boob looks like it’s on the right on the after photo cause it’s front facing camera so flipped.

I feel devastated at the complete lack of aftercare and how they make me feel stupid.

    Thanks in advance

    Andrina

I think they look good however it’s how you feel which is important.
I don’t think they were asymmetrical beforehand and if I was you I would keep pushing it with MYA if you’re unhappy. I would also keep pushing it as you feel the aftercare hasn’t been the best also.
    Best of luck gal x

Thank you! I think it’s the nipples not being in line which makes them look uneven. I paid for a nipple lift so I would expect them to be level!

The communication with Mya so far indicates they’re not willing to do anything about it and that they will explain to me the ‘limitations’ of the procedure. But we shall see! X

I completely agree with your points. You don’t seem asymmetric at all before but do so afterwards (not massively ofc but I’d feel that same as you having paid so much). If all else false pressure legally, this is not acceptable at all! Seek help for sure. Good luck! Still beautiful either way.

Hi Andrina. So sorry you haven’t had a good experience. (I had tons of trouble getting in touch with Mya after my surgery- I wasn’t even given a PO so I completely understand)
I would say keep pushing. They are taking on more patients so they can see you as well. Keep calling and ask to see your surgeon. Explain to him that you are really unhappy and don’t feel forced to accept that they are ‘fine’.
I hope you get this sorted! X
