Help!!!

It’s been 11 weeks since my op and i had to go out of the country for a few weeks which meant I missed my 6 week appointment.
I went to a surgeons in Spain and they took my stitches out for me.
I’ve had no pain but my boobs don’t seemed have dropped or fluffed and my scars feel lumpy???
Is this normal?!
