You’ll want unders rather than overs – they are natural looking. The surgeon won’t suggest anything that will look stupid. They like you to look natural. He’ll likely only give you a choice of 2-3 sizes to choose from. x

I had my consultation on tuesday and am having my op a week on wednesday so its all been really quick for me….i’m nervous as hell but excited too…I’m having an uplift and 320 unders xx

Hello love, I was like you 32a, size 6, and didnt wanna go more than full c cup, and wanted them as natural as possible. If you have enough breast tissue, in my surgeons opinion it is worth going over the muscle. I had my BA on Wednesday, had Inspira soft touch 265cc overs, and from what I can see, they look like the size I was after (takin into account the swelling, as they are pretty rock hard n weird now haha…)I have a very small frame and I would say anything from 250 to 290 (the shape and projection varies a bit with different ranges of implants etc.) will get you to what you were after.
