Help!!!!

Ive already seen my surgeon and we didnt discuss implant sizes because i was sure i wanted 525’s when i went in. Now i think i would like to go for 600’s but how do i go about this? Will i have to go back and see Dr Sighn? and if he ordered both sizes and i made my mind up on the day would i have to pay the premium for the larger implants in advance? or cud i pay the difference on the day? Also is it exactly £400 for the larger implants? Thanks in advance x

no judt ring ur pc and say u would like 600cc order in.. its £461 extra hun ive put my photos up of 700cc

my pc is on holiday until end of next week im really impatient lol, Just hope i dont have to go back and see Dr Sighn to see if it is possible because it took me 2hours travelling to get to my consultation. Its gunna be a push for the extra £461 but i dont want to regret not goin bigger! x

Ohh I keep thinking I want 600cc too! Haven’t got the extra money though xx
