HELP 36B & having 460 unders what size post op bra should I get

Iv had my pre op n asked this question n got told they weren’t sure just 1 cup up from my size now!! Really disappointed by the level of help I got in this appointment and I’m now so confused what size to buy as thought I’d need to buy alot bigger than this!!! Aaarrggghhhhh x

I had 460 unders from a 34B and used 34DD sports bras post-op hun. Just been measured at E-F cup, but most sports bras are really soft. Buy a couple of cheap ones in case they dont fit x

Hi, If you buy a macom bra it will fit whatever size you are.

also like Kezza said buy a couple of cheap sports bras

I bought asda ones £4.00 but I bought 34d (i wanted to go to a D)

and they too small i am wearing 36F!

I was 34a had 340 overs xx
